Tracy is the Queen of Chiropody. I've had to have chiropody appointments for around 20 years for a persistent, painful neurovascular corn and been to so many different practitioners in that time. Tracy is the only chiropodist I've been to that can remove it without any pain or blood, in the blink of an eye it's gone. Magic! She's seriously awesome plus kind, funny and an all round lovely human being. The facilities are clean, staff really friendly. Highly recommended! Thanks Tracy, me and my feet are eternally grateful 😁💃👏

I have been lucky enough to receive acupuncture treatment from Dr Gavin Han mainly for a very tense neck and shoulder issues and he is incredible.
I have always felt extremely reassured in his presence. The pain and tension was gone after the very first session.
He also helped with my sleep disturbance and this has made a real difference.
I highly recommend him.

Very inflexible approach to booking - they automatically rebooked me onto a slot without me confirming and then charged me when I did not show. I was on holiday and never confirmed this slot. I received one text that said this date, but as I never confirmed the appointment and I was on holiday did not really register it. Then called up to query and said that they felt this was fair and would not rebook me without me paying for another appointment. So if you are someone that waits by the phone to confirm podiatry appointments go for it, but if you have a life / job / family, would go to the one in Hackney Wick or the Barbican which I’ve been to before and they are both great
Post edit note: their response fails to acknowledge that I rebooked the original appointment on the basis they were able to see me in that afternoon. They then cancelled that slot with me - otherwise I would have attended the original appointment. I have no recollection of confirming the next slot and said I would sort it out over email. You’ve taken cash without rendering services and after a customer has not confirmed an appointment. I think it’s fair that folks know this is how you treat people. It feels quite strange and unprofessional. Seeing other poor reviews confirms this.

I had acupuncture and Tui Na with Dr Gavin Ha - it was a great experience, I've never had acupuncture before and this exceeded expectations, I have chronic neck and back pain and felt so much better after the appointment. The acupuncture combined with the massage left me feeling relaxed and pain-free. Dr Gavin Ha is very skilled at what he does and I would recommend to book him if you also have chronic pain!
