Kat is a Massage Therapist and Naturopathic Colonic Hydrotherapy Practitioner. She supports individuals experiencing high stress, musculoskeletal pain or digestive concerns that impact their comfort, movement and enjoyment of daily life. Her diverse client base spans desk workers to athletes, as well as anybody navigating the physical and mental toll of high-responsibility lifestyles.
Currently finalising her advanced qualification in the Jing Method™ Clinical & Sports Massage Therapy at the prestigious Jing Institute, Kat’s treatments weave deep relaxation with targeted pain-relief. Treatments begin with structural and functional analysis to pinpoint the underlying source of discomfort. From there, Kat applies a mix of manual therapies including stretching, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Amma fusion and suitable soft tissue techniques. Each treatment is collaborative, guided by assessment and tailored to each client’s individual needs. Accompanied by between-treatment recommendations (such as breathing exercises, self-massage or stretches) the focus is improving mobility, reducing discomfort, and supporting both long-term wellbeing and enjoyment of movement.
While Kat welcomes everybody, supporting women across key life stages is a central part of her practice – from university years to career change, motherhood, menopause, and retirement. She offers a neurodiversity-affirming space, respectful and welcoming of all brain types and communication styles.
Kat is motivated by helping her clients to live their happiest and most comfortable lives. Having initially trained in Holistic Massage, Kat expanded her toolkit to include Deep Tissue, Pregnancy and Post-Natal, and TMJ treatments.
Alongside manual therapy, Kat uses Colonic Hydrotherapy to help people who are affected by food intolerances, chronic constipation, bloating, reduced bodily awareness and digestive discomfort.
