Ready to spring forward?

Ready to spring forward?

Last week’s equinox saw us officially welcome spring, and we’ve even enjoyed the sunny days in Hackney since.

The clocks will soon change to match this new season, and we’ll be in sandals and shorts before we know it! So, are your feet ready?

Long winters can be harsh on the feet. Cold and dry conditions sap the skin’s moisture, leading to dry, cracked and calloused feet. Spending months in thick socks and boots can lead to a warm and moist environment – increasing the risk of fungal toenails and athlete’s foot. Add some pressure from tight boots and thick socks, and you might be leaving the season with a nagging corn or two.

Thankfully, we’re here to help your feet switch seasons with ease.

Book in with our Foot Health Practitioner and we’ll have you flaunting your feet all summer long. Read more about our Podiatry & Foot Health services and book online.

Celebrating those who nurture

Not everybody has the easiest relationship with Mother’s Day, their mum, or the idea of Motherhood. That’s why we’re shifting the spotlight onto celebrating those who nurture.

Give them a gift that shows them the care they’ve shown you, while supporting a small business, and leaving minimal impact on the planet.

“It made me feel really cared for and seen. They clearly knew I needed some TLC and it was gorgeous that they wanted to provide that for me.”
