After too many years of exercise and injuries, Iwona Drobina has been a real find for me. She has a real sixth sense for identifying trouble spots and then firmly (but not TOO firmly) ironing out all the stiffness and aches. I always feel that she just intrinsically understands the human body and how all its various parts work together.
Perhaps best of all, she’s also hyper-responsive to any feedback and, uncannily, seems to always remember exactly where I most need treatment. (Literally, muscle memory!) Besides that, she’s a very bright, perma-smiley person who is fun to be around. At this stage, I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Since January, I have been doing colonics with Iwona as part of my liver flush detox. Iwona has solid knowledge about the gut and how digestion impacts other body areas. She always takes the time to understand what issues I am dealing with and gives fantastic recommendations and post-procedure follow-ups. The colonic sessions always feel very safe, and Iwona makes sure I feel comfortable, guiding me through the stages. The results on my skin and energy levels have been excellent. Tracy is an excellent Podiatrist who, unlike many in her profession, doesn’t try to put everyone with foot problems straight into orthotics! She respects the foot for the work of art that it is, and is a proponent of barefoot walking and running where possible. She is particularly passionate about children’s foot health and highlights the importance of kids going barefoot where possible and wearing shoes that don’t hinder the development and growth of the feet
