This month has seen some emotional and exciting changes for two of our amazing practitioners, Kat and Iwona…
Iwona has begun some well earned time away as of last week for a bit of rest and relaxation (we hope!) as she gets ready for the next exciting part of her journey: becoming a Mum for the first time.
Iwona is one of our busiest and most respected clinicians. She’s an osteopath, manual lymphatic drainage expert, nutritionist, massage therapist and colonic hydrotherapist! But fear not, she’ll be back in the hot seat in December and I’d recommend that you book now to avoid disappointment as her clinic is always busy.
If you’d like to hear when she’s back and bag one of the first slots, then please let us know now and we’ll let you know just as soon as we have a date.
In the meantime, Iwona, put your feet up. We can’t wait to see the first pics!

I’m delighted to share that our very own Kat has just graduated from the Jing Institute in advanced clinical massage, having studied hard for what feels like a lifetime. Her hard work and fastidious commitment have impressed me no end.
Many of you will know Kat as the face of our cosy reception and her endless sunny vibe. What you may not know is that Kat joined the team three years ago as our part-time girl Friday, coming from a background in fine art. She quickly impressed with her nerd-like love of systems and always being the good cop to my bad cop (IYKYK!)
During her time managing the clinic and all of its people, she has qualified in massage therapy and lots of variations of it, including pre- and postnatal, sports and now advanced clinical massage. She also trained to be a colonic hydrotherapist. Her verve is impressive!
Kat has finally made the jump from FOH to practitioner, and I could not be more proud of her. I will miss her careful management of me and my endless to-do lists and crazy ideas, but can’t wait to see what happens next for this gentle, intuitive gal!

The Jing Method: Fusing Science, Soul & Soft Tissue
What is advanced clinical massage?
The Jing Method of Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage is a ground-breaking approach to treating chronic pain — designed and developed by Jing Institute founders Rachel Fairweather and Meghan Mari.
At its heart, the method is a unique fusion of the most effective soft tissue techniques from both East and West, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, acupressure and advanced stretching.
This outcome-based system is designed to help clients find real, lasting relief from a wide range of chronic musculoskeletal issues – from back pain and sciatica, to frozen shoulder, migraines, and systemic conditions like fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis.
Check in next time for updates on our incredible new additions to the team, Adam, Ursula & Natalie!!!
