During your appointment, you can expect a thorough osteopathic-style assessment, including a full medical history, movement evaluation, musculoskeletal and clinical testing. Treatment may involve a combination of hands-on manual techniques such as joint mobilisation, soft tissue manipulation, and stretching.
You may also receive guidance on therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation programmes, and general nutritional support.
